How Drain Mate® Works.
Drain Mate® traps bad odours and pests before they can enter through your open sewer drains. It will reduce drain noise and stops drains overflowing. Drain Mate® fits easily into your existing floor drain with no need for major plumbing – in fact you can install it yourself in minutes. Drain Mate is proudly invented, designed and made in Australia and is watermark approved (current watermark certification [WMTA 040:2022] will expire on 19 March 2026 and will not be renewed).
DRAIN MATE TO CEASE - AVAILABLE FOR SALE
Due to economic, regulatory and tax conditions of Australia not being conducive to small business the difficult decision to cease operations of Aussie Drain Mate Pty Ltd has been made. We will continue to sell Drain Mate until current stock is sold and then Drain Mate will no longer be available. This business and/or Drain Mate product is available for sale and will include the moulds that are used to manufacture them. Currently, Drain Mate is made locally at Geebung, a suburb of Brisbane. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our customers who have supported us over these past many years. We are proud to have maintained being 100% Australian, invented, design, and operated since 2011, however, the time has come for either some other business to take the baton and take Drain Mate to the next level (maybe add to their existing product list) or simply to pack it away.
