It fits easily into your existing standard 100 mm (4 inch) floor drain attaching to your existing drain grate (cover). Its unique, self closing trapdoor allows waste to pass through, returning to a hygienic closed position, trapping odours, pests and overflow.

Drain Mate is watermark certified to allow sufficient flow from a shower when operating. When the shower is not running the self closing door returns to its hygienically closed position to stop any pests from coming up through the shower drain. It will also stop any bad smells.
